Introduction

The Inorganic Library of FT-IR Spectra consists of 1.803 infrared spectra of inorganic and related substances. The digital library, available exclusively via worldwide network of Nicolet representatives is available as a package of 1803 spectra or as a sublibrary of 600 spectra of minerals.



The digital version of the library can be searched on line via ftirsearch.com or purchased from Nicolet Instrument representative in your country. Click here for the Nicolet contact in USA or worldwide.

Additionally, the library exists in printed version (four books of spectra). The books are not distributed by Nicolet Instrument, but can be directly purchased from the library authors, NICODOM Ltd. The library in digital version was created to enable an easy identification of inorganic and related compounds using Nicolet FT-IR spectrometer and OMNIC Search software. The reference books were created to present the contents of the digital library and to enable to learn more about this type of spectra for users, who do not possess an IR spectrometer yet.
