【摘要】 目的建立保和口服液中连翘苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Diam onsilC18柱,流动相:乙腈-水(29∶71),流速为1.0mL.m in-1,检测波长277nm,柱温为室温。结果连翘苷在0.068～0.340μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9996;平均回收率为99.7%(RSD=2.1%)。结论该方法简便,快速,准确,重复性好,可作为保和口服液的质控指标之一。 更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of forsy thin in Baohe Oral Liquid by HPLC.Methods The determination was carried out on a Diamonsil C18 column,with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(29∶71) at room temperature.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1 and the detective wavelength at 277 nm.Results The calibration curves was linear in the range of 0.068～ 0.340 μ g(r=0.9996).The average recovery rate of tested sample was 99.7 %(RSD=2.1 %).Conclusion The method was specific,accurate and p... 更多还原
