ELEMENTAR offers the most dynamic range of elemental analyzers for determination of the elements carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, sulfur and oxygen. Incorporating over 110 years of innovation and development into a technology-leading comprehensive product portfolio of elemental analyzers, Elementar targets the needs of many market sectors including Environmental, Fuels, Chemical Research, and Metals.

Arisen from the Analytical Instrumentation department of the Heraeus technology group, we have developed and manufactured instruments for elemental analysis for more than 110 years in Langenselbold near Frankfurt.

For the company’s business growth in China, we are looking for knowledgeable, efficient and customer oriented talents to join us.


            Product & Application Specialist

Duties:

•    Responsible for product and application solutions for elemental analysis, including elemental analyzer, CS/ONH analyzer, Dumas and TOC analyzer in the group product portfolio.
•    Apply knowledge of competitive products & applications to draw comparisons and differentiate product features and benefits.
•    Provide application, experiment, and instrument operation support to customers.
•    Provide training and support the sales channels in selling products.
•    Help with the preparation of promotional material such as localized brochures, flyers, application paper etc.; Support internet content design.
•    Work out marketing mix plan for product promotion, and execute it, including but not limited in holding and taking part in seminars, tradeshows and other promotional events.
•    Develop China suited application, and provide proposal for market development in China.

Requirements:

•    Master degree or above in chemistry, food, pharmaceutical, analysis or relevant major
•    2 - 3 years of work experience in an analytical laboratory, experiences with elemental analysis, TOC, Dumas, or chromatography are preferred
•    Used to work with state of the art analytical instrumentation
•    Proficiency in English and Putonghua
•    Strong responsibility for work, good team work spirit
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Willing to travel domestically and internationally



产品及应用专员


职位责任:

•    负责元素分析方案，包括CS/ONH分析仪，杜马斯氮，总有机碳等相关产品线的技术和应用支持；
•    了解市场，分析产品的竞争优势，技术特点，并提供差异化方案；
•    向客户提供应用、实验和仪器操作支持；
•    向销售团队和经销商提供培训，支持销售活动；
•    准备推广材料，如样本、彩页、应用报告等，提供产品方案的线上内容；
•    制订产品市场推广计划并予以实施，包括而不限于举办和参加技术交流会、展会和其他推广活动；
•    开发适合中国市场的应用方案；为产品在中国的市场推广提供建议。


职位要求:

•    化学，食品，制药，分析或相关专业的硕士或以上学历
•    2 - 3 年以上分析实验室的工作经验，有元素分析、TOC分析仪、杜马斯氮分析仪、或色谱等经验者优先
•    有从事技术先进仪器工作的经验
•    英语和普通话流利
•    高度工作责任心，良好团队合作精神
•    良好的沟通技巧
•    可接受不定期出差，包括国内或国外
