不好意思，我不知道步进扫描红外和激光打标有什么联系？不过，还是谢谢版主的热心回复。
顺便问问，你用过高温红外装置吗？我有一个高温反应，希望在线跟踪。温度200度左右。我发现PE2000有配套的高温装置，可以用到800度。不过，我的仪器是digilab FTS7000，不知道可不可以用？不知道，高温样品池是密封的，还是不密封的。如果不密封，是不是需要把样品溶在费点很高的溶剂里？如果是密封的，不知道样品池的耐压情况。

sorry.我对红外的应用也并不多，但是我觉得步进这个概念应该是通用的，所以找了一份资料给你。
至于高温在线红外，没有用到过，期待其他用户的回答。或者，您可以发到专家咨询栏目？

  實驗儀器及設備：

其主要元件如下：高溫裝置底座、高溫鏡片裝置、水冷卻系統、溫度控制系統。

  高溫裝置底座：主要是使高溫系統能依穿透和反射的不同，而使    用不同的底座來裝置在原先常溫紅外光實驗裝置之樣品區。

  高溫鏡片裝置：包含兩種高溫鏡片，一片為楔形鏡片，另一片為平坦的鏡片，兩片鏡片中即為sample室。

  水冷卻系統：主要是將水通入高溫系統，利用水循環達到降溫的效果，使得除了sample室之外系統溫度不致太高。

  溫度控制系統：控制想要的實驗溫度。



  實驗過程與方法：

1.依實驗之光區選擇適當的beamspliter和detector。

2.先purge氮氣，使原先sample區乾燥，去除水氣。

3.拆中間放sample的分隔片用長螺絲起子卸下4顆螺絲，拿掉分隔片。

4.拆掉sample架，將高溫儀器箱中的底架拿出並架上，先將底鏡鎖上，需對稱鎖上，這樣才可完全鎖緊，使sample室之溫度能保持需要的溫度。

5.將水冷卻系統和高溫控制系統之兩水管接上，再將水冷卻系統開機。

. . 6.調整底座位置，找出最大能量的位置並鎖上固定，有時也可藉由底座反射鏡的調整尋找。

7.量測background，將小鐵圓柱放入。

8.量測sample，基本上每50℃掃瞄一次，做到800℃。

我在PerkinElmer的网页上，没有找个这个高温装置。估计就是找到了，价格也不会便宜。
