不要把主任医师和主治医师搞混了。physician in charge是主治医师（中级职称），比chief physician（主任医师，高级职称）低两个级别。

PS.翻译软件不一定全对，要自己确认一下的。比如CNKI翻译助手，其翻译来自于收载文献中的专业词汇，但有些文献本身使用的专业词汇也不规范。
