CPSC staff will conduct a testing industry forum and training day on conformity assessment of children’s products, September 11, 2017, 8:00am-4:00pm, in the Park Hyatt Hotel, Guangzhou, China. The event is open to laboratories participating in the CPSC’s Third Party Testing Program, as well as laboratories interested in applying to the program.
美国消费品安全委员会将于2017年9月11日为检测行业举办儿童产品合格评定论坛和培训, 地点是中国广州柏悦酒店，时间是上午8点到下午4点。这一活动针对的对象是参加CPSC第三方检测项目的实验室以及有兴趣申请参加这一检测项目的实验室。

The program, co-hosted with AmCham of South China, will begin with an interactive format that will allow for feedback from the testing industry based on its experience with conformity assessment to CPSC children’s product safety requirements. Labs in the CPSC’s program should be prepared to share their comments during the session. Staff will also answer specific questions on testing children’s products submitted in advance by attendees.
这一活动由华南美国商会协办，采取互动形式，检测业可以根据他们在如何符合CPSC儿童产品安全要求时所得到的合格评定方面的经验提供反馈。参加CPSC项目的实验室在会中将分享他们的看法。委员会工作人员将回答听众事先提出的有关儿童产品检测的特别问题。

CPSC staff will then provide training on critical areas of testing and cover accreditation issues that are of special concern to the CPSC. Experienced manufacturing and retail product safety professionals from Walmart and Mattel will add their insights as panelists during the training program.
委员会工作人员将针对检测的关键问题提供培训，内容包括CPSC特别关心的实验室认可问题。制造业以及沃尔玛，美泰等零售业产品安全专业人士在培训中也将参加讨论，分享他们的看法。

Online registration will be required with priority seating reserved for laboratories. Registrations for others, if available, will not be confirmed until registration closes.

Notes: For labs already in the program: Technical questions on topics such as increasing scope of approved testing, periodic audits of accreditations, and specific requirements for testing children’s products, may submit questions in advance. CPSC staff will answer those questions during the training. All questions must be submitted by August 31, in English, to: lab_questions@cpsc.gov For labs not yet in the program: CPSC staff will explain the requirements for joining the Third Party Testing Program.
