各位，请帮忙看一下，我的这个中译英翻译的对不对？
错的地方，请不吝指教：
1：中文：精确称取原料10mg（精确到0.01 mg）于50ml容量瓶中，用甲醇-乙腈（50:50）溶解、定容，并用超声波混匀，再移取2ml该溶液于10 ml容量瓶中，用甲醇-乙腈（50:50）稀释至刻度，即为标准溶液。

我翻的英文：Weigh about 10mg within 0.01mg  materials in a 50ml volumetric flask, then dilute with 1:1 methanol and acetonitrile to volume ,and mix , transfer 2.0mLof this solution to a 10-mL volumetric flask ,dilute with 1:1 methanol and  acetonitrile to volume ,and mix .

2：精确称取实验用头发1000mg（精确到0.01 mg）于10ml比色管中于，加入甲醇-乙腈（50:50）4ml,超声波处理30min，放冷，取该液通过0.45µm滤膜，滤液作为待测样液。

我翻的英文：Weigh about 1000mg the experimental hair within 0.01mg in a 10ml cuvette，dilute with 1:1 methanol and acetonitrile to volume , sonicate for 30 minutes. Pass a portion of this solution through a suitable 0.45-µm filter .Use the clear filtrate as the Assay preparation.

是不是很惨不忍睹啊？我的翻译

我连中文也看不明白。

“精确称取原料10mg（精确到0.01 mg）” = 精确称取原料10.01mg ? 
或者 = 先称取约10mg，然后精密称定至0.01mg ? (即9.82mg可以, 9.9mg 就不可以)

我不是学化学的, 很有兴趣在这方面多学一点。

应该是10mg左右，保持有效数字为0.01mg，如10.05mg, 10.12mg,9.98mg都可以的。

我的翻译：Accurately weigh about 10 mg of the raw material (to the nearest 0.01mg) in a 50ml volumetric flask,dissolve with methanol-acetonitrile (50:50) and dilute to volume. Ultrasonicate. Transfer 2 ml of the solution to a 10 ml volumetric flask, dilute with methanol-acetonitrile (50:50) to volume as the standard solution.

精确称取（/精密称定）样品约10mg：accurately weigh （/weigh accurately） about 10 mg of the sample.这样表达从语法上严格来说是不对的，但现在大家都已经习惯了这样写，包括药典上也是这么写的。
精确至：to the nearest.
甲醇-乙腈（50:50）:methanol-acetonitrile (50:50)个人觉得还是不要把50:50改为1:1好。溶剂的配制并不是正好能算成几比几的，如果这里的溶剂是甲醇－乙腈－水（50：46：64），那你怎么写呢？

ruojun：Weigh precisely 10 mg (0.01mg) raw material to a 50ml volumetric flask, then dilute with mixture of methanol and acetonitrile (50:50) to volume. The resulted solution is mixed by untrasonic. Transfer 2.0mL of this solution to a 10-mL volumetric flask,dilute with 1:1 methanol and acetonitrile to volume and mix (standard solution).

建议：
把experimental hair改为hair sample
放冷：allow to cool.这样的步骤不能省略不译。比如回流提取后称重再补足溶液，如果没有放冷就称重，称得的重量就比实际重量轻，这样会导致误差。
取该液通过0.45µm滤膜：这是很口语化的说法，其实应该是“用0.45µm滤膜滤过”，所以建议把英文改为：“Filter with a 0.45µm filter membrane”.
待测样液（/供试品溶液）：建议改为test solution或sample solution.在医药行业里Assay经常用来表示“含量测定”，preparation经常用来表示“制剂”，翻译成Assay preparation容易引起混淆。不知道在楼主的专业里会不会引起混淆，所以只是建议一下。

Ruojun: Weigh precisely 1000mg (0.01mg) hair of experiment purpose to a 10ml cuvette. Add 4 mL mixture of methanol and acetonitrile (50:50), ultrasonicate for 30 minutes and cool down. Filter the extracted solution through 0.45µm micromembrane. Resulted filtrate will be used as test soluton.

谢谢，说的很好50：50的确不能改成1：1的，其实这些道理都是懂得的，只是有的时候，特别是写这些东西的时候不知怎么就忘记了，新手，可能以后还要写很多类似的东西，需要不断的学习！

I supposed that either L or l was incorrect.  However, after referring to relevant GB, I found that the official abbreviation symbol for liter is L(l), this implies that both L and l are correct.  But it seems that L is more preferable as l is in the bracket.

(Remark : I have read the abbreviation symbol of Kg many times in the reports, paper etc. Although we all understand that Kg is 千克, the official abbreviation symbol should be kg in Chinese as well as international standards.  用Kg会给人一种不严谨, 基础知识薄弱的印象)
