感觉这个Coupled很有意思，能否译为结合或连接，Couple为夫妻的意思，在这使用这个词有意思。sample introduction system for the longer term应该为For a longer time or term?什么叫sample introduction system样品导入系统？？exraneous contaminations？？extraneus : outside, exraneous/ foreign, strange/ a foreigner, stranger.外源污染物？？像个拉丁或西班牙字。

"coupled with" => 配上, 连同

"coupled to" => match, mate, couple, pair, twin  (see http://poets.notredame.ac.jp/cgi-bin/wn?cmd=wn&word=coupled)

“coupled with” seems more common and more appropriate in this paragraph.

couple 这里是连用的意思，也可以作为耦合讲
