主题：请问"spike"是什么意思啊?

我不知道你们用的是什么软件,我用的是岛津的WIZARD2.3的,软件中SPIKE是增量的意思,在软件中是用来计算回收率的,以前我们实验室的人都是用手算,后来我看了说明书才知道完全可以用计算机自己算的,不过看这位仁兄的英文,好象跟我的情况有所不同,所以最好自己摸索一下,当然英文意思要弄清楚

Spike Preparation

Weigh a 1.0 g portion of sample into a 15-mL centrifuge tube. A previously analyzed, representative example of the product which was found to be uncontaminated with the targets may be used.

Alternatively, select one of the samples which is about to be analyzed and spike a portion of it. This would have to be repeated with a different sample if it turns out that analysis of this sample without fortification gave evidence of contamination.

Add 200 μL of the Mixed Standard Spiking solution directly to the representative uncontaminated sample and proceed with the method. The spike must be observed to provide a basis for declaring that samples which provide signals below a certain threshold contain less than 1.0 mg/g of either target.

终于明白spike的意思了 谢谢各位的解释

直接翻译看不出什么意思,是不是喷洒的意思
