EuP指令Standby& offmode法規草案產品範圍
依據歐盟EuP指令要求，訂定之“家用和辦公室產品在待機及關機模式下的能源耗損”法規草案目前正在審視階段。 歐盟執委會預計於今年(2008)採納。



草案附錄1的A部分訂定法規範圍共5大類，分別為：

1.            大型家用電器 (Large household appliances)；

2.            小型家用電器 (Small household appliances)；

3.          主要置於室內使用之資訊技術設備 (Information technology equipment intended primarily for use in the domestic environment)；

4.          消費性設備 (Consumer equipment)；

5.          玩具、娛樂及運動設備 (Toys, leisure and sports equipment)



附錄1的B部分則列出上述五大類產品範圍的細項：



1.          大型家用電器 (Large household appliances) ：

洗衣機 (Washing machines) ；

乾衣機 (Clothes dryers) ；

洗碗機 (Dish washing machines) ；

烹飪設備 (Cooking) ；

電烤箱 (Electric ovens) ；

電熱墊 (Electric hot plates) ；

微波瀘 (Microwaves)

其他烹飪和食物處理大型電器 (Other large appliances for cooking and other processing of food)



2.          小型家用電器 (Small household appliances)：

吐司機 (Toasters) ；

電油炸鍋 (Fryers)；

電動磨碎機、咖啡機、及其它用於開啟與封裝罐頭或包裝的電器 (Grinders, coffee machines and equipment for opening or sealing containers or packages) ；

電動刀 (Electric knives)



3.          主要置於室內使用之資訊技術設備 (Information technology equipment intended primarily for use in the domestic environment)



4.          消費性設備 (Consumer equipment) ：

收音機 (Radio sets)；

電視 (Television sets)；

攝影機 (Videocameras)；

錄影機 (Video recorders)；

Hi-fi高畫質錄影機 (Hi-fi recorders)；

擴音機 (Audio amplifiers)；

樂器 (Musical instruments)；

及其它以複製聲音或影像為目地，包括除電信方式外，由訊號或其它技術錄製傳遞聲音和影像的設備 (and other equipment for the purpose of recording or reproducing sound or images, including signals or other technologies for the distribution of sound and image than by telecommunications)



5.          玩具、娛樂及運動設備 (Toys, leisure and sports equipment) ：

電動火車或賽車系列 (Electrical trains or car racing sets)；

掌上型電動玩具機 (Hand-held video game consoles)；

電子運動設備或含電子零組件的運動設備 (Sports equipment with electric or electronic components)
