对不起红版主,来迟了,新的的化分实验室正在上设备.
样品吹扫系统维持样品在气相状态
化工原料中有许多样品都包含有二态加混合态.即液态和气态及气液混合物,组分在这三态中的含量很不均匀,如此,盲目进样,进样就无重现性可言.所以一般都经过预处理,使样品全部保持在气态均匀位,这样,不光样品重现性会很好,也有一定的代表性和可比性.这样的数据才是有效数据.这就是常说的样品的准确性和代表性.

这里应该翻样品定量环，这是因为它用得是膜片阀，定量环是刻在阀体上的一个细槽，所以叫定量环。如果是外置管路，则称定量管。我是习惯啦，一定改正。
