你的标准曲线浓度太不了,吸光度值应该也是非常小的,过小的吸光度肯定会出现波动

你是什么仪器啊??是用火焰测的吧??0.5PPM的吸光度有0.9之多??这么高的灵敏度精密度差也就不足为奇了.

是的,我用的是岛津6300c火焰原子吸收,那样怎样提高提高精密度,用这样的曲线测得的样品结果准确吗?
