贴一篇我刚刚写给Microscopy and Microanalysis的invited paper. 是follow我在apl和jem两篇的review和一些新的分析。主要是研究如何用aberration-corrected electron microscope做快速的三维重建，也就是说不用tilt series,而是用depth sectioning.
