常见的进口泵油，主要是edwards和inland的。具体标号如下：(两家使用的压力单位不同1torr=1mmHg=1.33mBar)

楼上的资料不错，虽然一知半解，但现在知道以后泵油要看清型号用了。

不知道Inland 45和Edward ULTRA GRADE 15有什么区别。

前者是人工合成的，组分明确，蒸汽压低，价格高
后者是矿物油，组分复杂，价格低

前者的价格好像是后者的4倍，记不准了 。

我们用的是Edward的，看dbzxh版友说的，应该是Inland的质量好的。

必欧西 爱德华也有45号的油啊。

真空泵油不可乱用的

换泵油的时候，可要对着型号。

真空度高的要用粘度大些的油.

晕死了，我一台仪器的分子涡轮泵坏了快两个月了，不知道是不是和机械泵有关？
