【摘要】 建立了HPLC法测定胭脂花中樱草苷的含量。采用Diamonsil TM C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.025mol/L磷酸溶液(40∶60),检测波长254nm。樱草苷进样量在10～200ng范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率98.8%,RSD0.37%。 更多还原

【Abstract】 A HPLC method was established for the determination of primeverin in Primula maximowiczii Regel. A Diamonsil C18 column was used, with methanol-0.025mol/L phosphoric acid(40∶60) as the mobile phase, at the detection wavelength of 254nm. The calibration curve of primeverin was linear in the range of 10-200 ng. The average recovery was 98.8%, with RSD of 0.37%. 更多还原
