【摘要】 目的用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定鱼腥草素钠含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-10%四丁基氢氧化铵(70∶30∶0.3)为流动相,检测波长为283nm。结果鱼腥草素钠质量浓度线性范围为7.408～37.04μg/mL(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.72%,RSD为1.6%。结论HPLC法简便、准确,可用于鱼腥草素钠片的质量控制。 更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of sodium houttuyfonate tablets.Methods Using a Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of methane alcohol-water-tetrabutylammonium hydroxide solution(10%)(70 ∶30 ∶0.3).The detection was carried out with a dinode array detector at 283 nm.Results The calibration curves were linear between 7.408 and 37.04 μg/mL(r=0.999 8).The average recovery rate was 98.72%,RSD=1.6%.Conclusion This method is convenient and accurate... 更多还原
