【摘要】 目的用高效液相色谱法测定黄连上清片中黄芩苷含量。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil(钻石)C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-2%醋酸溶液(55∶45),检测波长为274nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为26℃。结果黄芩苷进样量线性范围是0.11～2.20μg(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.77%,RSD=1.32%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、灵敏,可用于制剂的质量控制。 更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin contents in Huanglianshangqing Tablet.Methods The column was Diamonsil C18( 150 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μ m) .The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol and 2% acetic acid solution( 55 ∶ 45) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/ min, and the detecting wavelength was at 274 nm,the temperature was 26℃ .Results The linear range of baicalin was 0.11- 2.20 μ g(r=0.999 9) and the average recovery rate was 100.77% ,RSD=1.32% (n=6).Conclusion The method is... 更多还原
