后面这个曲线能说明什么问题? 文献中是这样说的 A rocking curve together with the corresponding diffraction pattern are shown in Figure 4b. Examination of different rocking curves of the {10–14} reflections yielded an average mosaic spread of 3.9 ± 1.1 degrees. Interestingly, the half width of the {11-10} reflections is significantly smaller (1.7 ± 0.3), indicating an anisotropic mosaic spread of the single crystalline assembly. In contrast to the X-ray diffraction patterns of the pseudo-octahedral macrocrystals electron diffraction spots of individual crystallites (Fig. 3) show no broadening. Thus the broadening of the X-ray diffraction peaks is due to slight variations in the orientation of the crystallites, probably due to the incorporation of organic network material between individual crystallites.
