Responsibility:

1. Design and build the SOP and SOM for XRD in structural lab; maintain the lab equipments in a good standard and in a safe way.

2. Conduct application tests and experiments for internal/external customers; Provide technical support for research groups, plants and other labs.

3. Ensure laboratory work is completed consistently, accurately and reproducibly to generate data that meets customer requirements.

4. Identify and learn new testing methods and testing apparatus that can help with customers or R&D projects.

5. Assure adequate documentation and especially reporting of test results.

6. Provide training for technicians and operators in structural lab.

Requirement:

1. Master degree with strong education background of structural analysis instrument-XRD.

2. Good in both written and oral English.
