安捷伦有一种专门用于烧制窗口的小装置，但我没有见过，也没用过。
你可以问问。

应该随仪器有配开窗器的吧。
北京彩陆的是一个前面宽大扁平的像镊子一样的东西，中间有个孔，夹住毛细管后在孔的位置一烧就行了，很方便。其实我们自己也可以做一个类似的东西。

首先要小心加耐心
没有条件创造条件,自己想办法,身边有很多东西可以拿来辅助着用的
用的管子如果是进口的嫌贵的话,就买些国产的,练练手，再说,国产的管子也是很好的,没发现对实验有什么不良影响,呵呵,值得推荐

可以用锡箔包住,然后烧就好了!

我用的方法很简单：用一个30cm长的不锈钢直尺，一侧有一个小圆孔，将毛细管要烧窗口的部分放在圆孔的上面，然后用打火机在圆孔的下面烧就可以了。
国产的管子烧得时间短一些，进口的管子烧的时间稍长些。然后用95%的酒精擦拭干净即可，成功率100%。

Procedures for introducing detection windows on bare capillaries
1.    Measure and cut a bare capillary with your desired length.
2.    Measure the separation length and place the segment of the detection window to be made over the hole on the working plate as show in Fig. 1. Note: There are two holes on the working plate. The small hole is used for creating detection window with length 2-3 mm, while the big hole is used for creating detection window with length 3-5 mm.

就用这个制作器就可以了，能轻松做出2mm的窗口。

还有涂层的毛细管

别把毛细管看得太贵重，国产永年的就不错，我实验室师兄的同样用它发色谱A。一般就是直接拿个打火机用外焰稍微烧一下，然后拿沾了丙酮的无尘纸轻轻檫一下，就行了，不过这样烧出来的长度太大了，也有拿易拉罐皮中间弄个小孔，然后在另一头烧的。
我觉得拿刀子刮毛细管是个馊主意，容易刮花毛细管还不说，问题是根本就达不到那个效果。还有涂浓硫酸的，那个没试过。
