职位名称：产品管理-生物制药
职位描述/要求： 任职要求：
1.硕士以上学历，从事生物制药等相关专业；有丰富的生物制药领域，生命科学学科知识，分析技术及解决问题的实践经验者优先。
2.具备市场敏感度，能够为所支持的产品进行市场宏观调研，发掘潜在商业目标机会，对大行业方向的把控和信息收集能力佳。
3.善于与人沟通，能够及时对销售进行技术支持，解答客户问题。
4.能够找到收集客户信息的渠道，并协同其他团队开发出适合公司的客户覆盖的方法。
5.具备生物制药，制药，生命科学类行业工作经验2年以上者优先。
6. 能够适应短期出差工作。
7.英语CETS 6级以上，读写熟练。
8.能够参与团队合作，也具备独立完成任务的能力。能够引导团队按时、高质量完成任务。善于学习新知识。
岗位职责：
1.负责产品的售前技术支持，市场开发及应用支持工作。
2.所负责产品的重点客户及渠道的维护和管理。
3.协助销售对所负责产品的重点项目进行管理。
4.了解所负责产品在全球的市场发展趋势和前景。
5.公司员工内部培训。
6.对特定行业会议，行业论坛，学术圈有一定调研和接触，并与市场营销团队和产品团队一起从技术领域开发产品推广的渠道。
7.为客户提供技术介绍，组织、参与研讨会和交流会。进行样品测试，包括样品测试，调整，优化，或制定符合客户要求的协议。

Requirement:
1.    Major in Pharmaceutical, Biology, Life Science, and bachelor degree is preferred. Has full knowledge of biopharmaceutical & life science filed and experience on technical analysis and problem solving.
2.    Good market sensitivity of related products and could do market survey of responsible products and help team to dig out potential opportunities.
3.    Be adept in communication and doing technical support for customer.
4.    Find channels to collect required target customer information and to work with team to cover those customers.
5.    Has over 2 years of experience on the field of Life Science and Biopharmaceutical company is preferred.
6.  Could accept short-term business trip.
7.  CET 6 or above and be skilled of written & oral English.
8.  Good at team work and also be able to work alone. And good at learning.
Responsible:
1.    Be responsible of pre-sale technical support and marketing promotion and application development.
2.    VIP customer & channel maintenance and management.
3.    Support sales team to do project management of KA.
4.    Be aware of the market trend of responsible product globally.
5.    Internal training towards employee.
6.    Be responsible for organize and on-site support of marketing events like industrial conference or seminar to set up connection with Guru.
7.    Help customer do sample testing and optimize process.
