水浴湿法消化Zeeman石墨炉原子吸收法
测定肉鸡肝组织中硒含量

摘要：采用水浴湿法消化，以Pd(NO3)2-Triton X -100作为基体改进剂，应用Zeeman石墨炉原子吸收法测定了肝组织硒含量。试验结果表明 ，肝组织经水浴湿法消化测得的硒含量与消化炉湿法消化测定结果基本一致(P>0.05)， 相对标准偏差为1.11%，回收率为95.80%～100.40%。石墨炉原子吸收法测定硒的检测限 为5.0 μg/L。

Determination of Selenium Content in Broiler Liver with Wet Digestion i n Boiling Water Bath by Zeeman Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

　　Abstract：The broiler liver was digested by the nitric/perc hloric acids in boiling water bath and the selenium was determined by Zeeman gr aphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) after addition of Pd(NO3 )2-Triton X-100 as a matrix modifer. The results demonstrated that the selen ium contents in the liver digested with the acids in boiling water bath were not different from those in heating block (P>0.05) with the relative standard d eviation and recovery rate to be 1.11% and 95.80%-100.40% respectively, and the detection limit of selenium for GFAAS to be 5.0 μg/L.
