是否符合第一段给出的特定迁移限值，可以通过测定成材或成品中某种物质的含量来确认。但前提是，该物质测定数值与特定迁移数值之间的关系需要通过充分的实验确认或通过基于科学依据的、被普遍（一致，一般？？）认可的分散模型所确定。

若能用恰当的试验或有科学根据的、被广泛认可的迁移模型来确立成品中某物质含量与其特定迁移量之间的关系，则可通过测定成品中该物质的含量来验证其特定迁移量是否在第一段中规定的范围之内（即是否符合规定）。

我的理解是这样的：

比如一个食品包装袋，其中一个成分为A物质，A会向食品中迁移。直接测定它的迁移量比较麻烦，所以希望能通过测定它的含量来间接测定其迁移量，前提是它的含量和迁移量之间必须有相关性，即把含量代入一个公式或含量-迁移量曲线可以比较准确地计算出迁移量。这个公式或曲线不能是凭空臆造的，而是必须由合理的实验或模型得出。

不是这个专业的，理解到此为止。

1:第一段中给出了很多物质的迁移限度，后面提到的是the value of the specific migration是指其中某种具体物质的迁移限度。


2:finished material or article就是finished material or finished article，我觉得翻译成“成品”就行了。

3:provided that解释为“倘若”，我翻译的时候一般把它提前。

4：that quantity这里显然是指the quantity of the substance in the finished material or article。

5：diffusion的意思是扩散，根据上下文的意思来看，这里的diffusion model指的是迁移模型。
