以缓冲盐溶液（0.01mol/L KH2PO4+0.005mol/L EDTANa2溶液，以磷酸调节pH值至4.0）-乙腈（80:20）为流动相，流速1.0ml/min，柱温35℃，检测波长275nm，进样量60µL为色谱分析条件，分别对标准溶液及待测样液上机分析。

The standard solution and test soultuon were analyzed respectively, using buffer (0.01 mol/L KH2PO4 +0.005 mol/L EDTANa2 solution, which was adjusted to pH4.0 with phosphric acid)-acetonitrile (80:20) as the mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 ml / min, under temperature of 35 ° C, detection wavelength of 275 nm, and injection vilume of 60 µ L.
