The ACT probe is with
(1) High quality Pyramidal shape tip make tip radius smaller. Typical tip radius is 5~6 nm.
Traditional tetragonal shape tip will not make tip front point contact and can only said tip radius smaller than 10nm.
More side plane for a tip can not get a good sharp tip radius.
(2) Probe manufactured by clean process without dicing make sure no contamination.
(3) Heavily doped single crystal silicon to prevent static charge.
(4) Can be used for all of AFM systems.
(5) Heavily quality control make sure probe quality stable.
(6) Market approved products.
(7) Can offer many kinds of AFM probe and customerized probes or MEMS structure.
