如题,举个例子请大家帮忙解释:
假设我的样品是溶液,称取的重量换算成体积大概是1ml,处理过程有两种:
1是于样品中直接加入10ml溶剂;2是把样品定容至10ml容量瓶中,
这两种样品处理方法其稀释因子分别是多少?
这两种样品处理方法得到的结果哪种比较接近真实值?

资料上市这么说的:
“DILUTION FACTOR
= Concentration BEFORE dilution / Concentration AFTER dilution
= Volume AFTER dilution / Volume BEFORE dilution
Hence
Conc. BEFORE dilution = Dilution factor x Conc. AFTER dilution
e.g. If 5 ml of a solution was diluted to 100 ml the dilution factor would be 100 / 5 = 20
For multiple dilutions the dilution factor is the product of the dilution factors for each individual dilution.
e.g. If 5 ml was diluted to 100 ml and 2 ml of the resulting solution was diluted to 50 ml the dilution factor would be:-
(100 / 5) x (50 / 2) = 20 x 25 = 500
From a practical point of view, the dilution factor for each step is:
(Volume of flask) / (Volume of pipette)”
所以我上面的问题中稀释因子应该是10/1=10,
两种方法因该是第二种比较准确,
不知理解是否正确?可是样品如果是固体是按重量计算,不是按体积计算怎么办?

我们是定容到10ml。就算是按重量计算,也可以算出结果来,没有用到稀释因子。

就稀释来说,当然是第二种方法符合梯度稀释的标准做法的(取1ml定容10ml),相当于稀释10倍.
