analyte concentrations  of 3 to 5 times the estimated method detection limit如果能加上that of: analyte concentrations  of 3 to 5 times that of the estimated method detection limit 就好理解些，这句话应该这么理解：
建议该分析进行至少六次重复分析（重复）、并且分析物的浓度是预估方法检出限的3-5倍。suitable可以不译。
