大家都在忙着翻译，换换方向和口味如何？
请教高手，附件中的NOTE出现时，都说了些什么呢？
我听了好几遍，还是不得要领，希望朋友能帮助一下，谢谢！
具体内容为1100高效液相色谱仪更换出口球型阀的视频内容，
具体操作之前有一个Note，不知道说的是什么，
其他的内容配合视频倒还好理解。

Before exchanging the outlet ball valve you can try to clean it in a sonic bath for five to ten minutes. Place the valve in an upright position in a small beaker with alcohol.

在更换出口球阀之前,可超声清洗五至十分钟.将球阀垂直放入有乙醇的小烧杯内.

Note之后的:

Using a one-quarter inch wrench disconnect the valve capillary from the outlet ball valve. Using a 14 mm's wrench loosen the valve and remove it from the pump body. Check that the new valve is assembled correctly and that the gold seal is present. Reinstall the outlet ball valve and tighten the valve. Reconnect the valve capillary.

视频里有详细演示,就不翻译成中文了.

(小弟可勉强看懂简体汉字，但用键盘输入汉字则很因难。以下用英文或中英混合表述，请谅。)

A person without technical background (even though who may have Ph. D degree in linguistics) will probably translate “sonic bath” as 声波槽.  In fact, “sonic” sometimes may imply both sonic and ultrasonic in oral English.  However, only "ultrasonic" is used for cleaning.

Therefore, Happyjyl’s translation (i.e. "超声"清洗, not 声波清洗) is very appropriate and this case also substantiate that technical paper / speech should be translated by technical personnel.
