There is a problem when perform the tuning on Shimadizu QP5050 GC-MS. At the peak monitor window, the voltage was adjusted to 1.0kv, the intensity of the Nitrogen peak gradually decreased from 270,000 (the day before yesterday) to 150,000 (today). When runing autotuning, the intensity of the Nitrogen peak gradually decreased. It is a good phenomenon. In addition, the intensity of the Nitrogen peak was higher than that of the water, so there should be leakage. But today, the intensity of the Nitrogen peak shown in the autotuning report increased about 30% in comparison with that of the lowest.What happened? Is there anybody meet this phenomenon? Thanks.
