字面上看的确是这样，但意思上说不通。本来这里就是对文件和原始记录的保存时间做出规定，如果这里已经写明保存时间还有一年就超过5年，那还规定保存时间干什么呢？而且shelf life一般是指药品的有效期。所以我觉得它本身就说得不清楚，应该参考上下文中的其它条款来判断。
