Use acetone as a marker, and calculate the EOF according to the migration time, column length and voltage.
If the EOF is very low, use 3 injection method. First, injection No.1 then flash with low pressure for several minutes, and then injection No. 2 and flash with some pressure and time, and add a volatege migrate several minutes, at last injection No. 3, then flush the column until the 3 peaks were shown. At last, according the distance difference between peak 1 and 2 and peak 2 and 3, migrate time and voltage calculte the EOF.  it's an old paper, I think you can find it.

哈哈 我才知道呢,见笑了,我毕业的时候搜了几篇她做手性拆分的。不过那时电泳做手性拆分已经沦落了,做得好也只能发分析化学的研究简报了。
