【摘要】 目的建立草药半边旗中芹菜素含量的准确测定方法,并测定不同采收期的半边旗中芹菜素的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为DiamonsilC18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(梯度洗脱),流速为0.2mL/min,检测波长为283nm,柱温为35℃。结果芹菜素进样量在0.076～0.76μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r2=0.9986),平均回收率为98.1%(RSD=1.24%)。结论高效液相色谱法操作简便,测定结果可靠,可用于半边旗草药的质量控制。 更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for content determination of apigenin from Pteris semipinnata L..Methods The separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column,the mobile phase was the mixture of methanol(B)and water(A)with a linear gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.2 mL/min.The ultraviolet wavelength was 283 nm,and the column temperature was maintained at 35℃.Results The calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 0.076-0.76 μg(r2=0.998 6),the average recovery rate was 98.1%... 更多还原
