136.3 HPLC法测定独一味中类叶升麻苷

【摘要】 目的建立藏药独一味中类叶升麻苷的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法。色谱条件:Diamonsil C18色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm);以乙腈-甲醇-1%醋酸水溶液(10:15:75)为流动相;体积流量为1.0mL/min;柱温35℃;检测波长334nm。结果类叶升麻苷在0.2272~1.3632μg呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9992,加样回收率、精密度、稳定性和重现性试验结果均符合要求。结论该方法专属性强、灵敏度高、精确度与重现性好,适用于独一味中类叶升麻苷的测定。 更多还原
【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method for determination of acteoside in Lamiophlomis rotata(Benth.)
