【摘要】 目的测定三七超微粉中三七皂苷R1及人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1的含量,为三七超微粉质量评价提供依据。方法采用高效
液相法,Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水二元梯度洗脱;流速:1 mL.min-1;检测波长:203 nm;柱温:25℃。结果三七超微粉中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Rb1的平均含量均高于三七细粉,两者间的含量有显著性差异。结论超微粉质量优于细粉。本实验的含量测定方法简便、准确,可为三七超微粉的质量控制提供一定的参考依据。 更多还原
