对照图谱应该和对照品一样的要求。
我们的红外检测图谱依据的是《药品红外光谱集》、用中检所对照品压制的图谱、国外药典中的图谱、药品注册标准中提供的图谱、药品报批资料中做过结构确证的对照品或图谱。实在找不到图谱的比如包装材料,就委托省医疗器械中心检测合格后作为标准样品。
仪器附带的红外图谱库、NIST数据库、AIST数据库也作为参考,但一般不单独作为对照图谱用。

我说的是化工原辅料,这些在药品红外光谱集里是没有的,中检所,药典上也基本找不到,我们当然也是先查有法规依据的图谱,查不到才上网搜的
