有的品种在药典专论中已明确写了用197M方法的
有没有对照图谱?做一下看看。
因为没有矿物油,没试过,USP一般没有对照图谱,通常是与对照品图谱比较
配套红外实验用品的厂家都有卖的,可以买一瓶备用。或者直接找红外厂家,肯定可以买到。
好像英国药典、日本药典是有标准图谱的?

The reference <197E> signifies that the substance under examination is pressed as a thin sample against a suitable plate for IR microscopic analysis.
