值得注意（指出）的是，可以通过测量来提高校正程序的（功能？质量），而这种方法要比那些需要提高SPE的方法简单的多。

我看很多人将measures翻译成“测量”，我认为应当是“方法”的意思，后面的定语从句修饰这个词，……的方法。it is also worth noting后面带宾语从句，宾语从句中improvement是主语，in the calibration procedure是定语，修饰improvement；can be brought about是谓语；by measures是状语，说明前面的improvement是以什么样的方式取得的，然后measures又跟了一个定语从句，说明是怎样的measures，这个定语从句中用了一个比较句型，和用在SPE中的方法（those）进行了比较。

这是我的理解，不知道大家是怎么分析的？
