若该物质或制剂完全可追溯、并可以证明该产品符合个论中其它所有规定,则可以采用第二鉴别。

感觉到自己的落后。
个人的一点粗浅意见如下:光谱法和色谱法定性的效果非常好,尤其是红外。假如完全与对照品一致,其他的鉴别实验都可以不做。
有时侯,可以选择性地做几个特征的鉴别实验。具体做法可以参考美国药典的相关品种。
其实,针对某个具体的品种,如何做取舍是非常有讲究的。个人认为化学方法目前不能完全取消,也许在未来的某个时候它将被仪器分析完全取代。
请问您制订的是国内标准还是国外标准?
