今天发现不同药典中恒重的定义是有区别的，而且平时并没有完全按药典来做，特贴出来供大家参考比较：
中国药典：恒重是指供试品连续两次干燥或炽灼后称重的差异在0.3mg以下的重量；干燥至恒重的第二次及以后各次称重均应在规定条件下继续干燥1小时后进行；炽灼至恒重的第二次称重应在继续炽灼30分钟后进行。
美国药典：Drying to Constant Weight— The specification “dried to constant weight” means that the drying shall be continued until two consecutive weighings do not differ by more than 0.50 mg per g of substance taken, the second weighing following an additional hour of drying.
欧洲药典：Drying and ignition to constant mass. The terms “dried to constant mass” and “ignited to constant mass” mean that 2 consecutive weighings do not differ by more than 0.5 mg, the second weighing following an additional period of drying or of ignition respectively appropriate to the nature and quantity of the residue.

的确不同的标准中有不同规定。我今天看了饮用水的标准5750-2006总则中说恒重的定义是两次称量值差异小于0.2mg。
美国药典规定了相对称量值的概念，0.5mg/g，我感到反而不对。照这么理解，难道称量2g就可以差异1.0mg了？
还是用绝对的值正确。平时用的称量瓶和坩埚一般重10-40g，假如一定要引入相对的概念，我感觉在50g以内差异0.5或0.3mg都可以算恒重了。还要等待以后的标准修订，完善。
