1.对于高分子量的如八九十溴，仪器的状态在调机时（全氟三丁胺）502的峰就要调高些。灵敏度就好点，检出限就会上去                            请问怎么调高502的峰，是调MS的电压吗

在自动调谐设置里，将质量校准数调到502 然后用0。6的半峰宽
