what is your substrate? Have u normalized the intensity of the substrate for both Al and Zn signal and then you don't need to care about sensitivity factors.

Sorry I am wrong. This method is used in the same element. So you also need to consider sensitivity factos which are relative to transmission funciton of lens, photoionization cross section, ect.So there are errors when you do quantitative analysis.
