还有it loses not more than 7.0% of its weight, or some other lower percentage也不懂，既然已经说失重不超过7.0%了，后面怎么还有“或者一些其它更低的百分率”？

这个没有矛盾啊，损失最大不能超过7%,lower percentage，比如6%,5%都是在7%范围内啊。
