在一个TSE证书中有这样一段话：
It equally refers to the Regulation n°999/2001 of the European Parliament and the Council of 22 May 2001 laying down the rules for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies which however does not consider medicinal products, medical devices and cosmetics.
不知是什么意思，请教各位大侠！

相当于欧盟法规No.999/2001制定预防、控制和根除某些传染性海绵状脑炎的规则（但不考虑药品、医疗设备以及化妆品）！

应该说是评定时的要求相当于欧盟法规No.999/2001中的规定。

The original seems to be : It equally refers to a regulation, however, this regulation does not consider medicinal products, medical devices and cosmetics.

The title of the regulation is “Regulation n°999/2001 of the European Parliament and the Council of 22 May 2001 laying down the rules for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies ”

It is better to add a quotation mark in the original, i.e. It equally refers to the“Regulation n°999/2001 of the European Parliament and the Council of 22 May 2001 laying down the rules for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies" which however does not consider medicinal products, medical devices and cosmetics.
