从工厂收到时，没有初始校准是必须的。？？？

通常收到的仪器，都是经过初始校准的。这是怎么回事。

大家告知英语的本意就行了，至于应用上对不对，与您无关。

更正解释：从工厂 收到分析仪时，没有零位校准是肯定的。这样应该行得通 了吧？

意思是： 出厂之前是没有校正曲线的。

前后文是怎么样的呢？

这仪器我也是第一次看说明，了解前因后果，仪器要2个月后到货，咱是批量购买了一批，电解式仪器，如果说没有初始校准，我就要为这批仪器在现场投用方面费点事。我将上下文伟上来，估计没说到这些。

大家顺便提点意见。

9.2.1 Calibration

9.2.1、校准

All Delta F DF-310E Process Oxygen Analyzers are calibrated with NIST (National Institute For Standards And Technology) traceable certified gas standards at the factory prior to shipment.

No initial calibration is required upon receipt from the factory.

For Analyzers used in clean gas applications (as described above) and operated under Normal Operating Conditions, Delta F recommends verifying the span calibration every 12 months of continuous use. This can be accomplished by using the Analyzer to read a gas sample with a known concentration, such as a certified cylinder gas mixture of O2 in N2 background, available from any specialty gas supplier. For process applications containing more significant quantities of acid gases or particulate, or where liquids may be encountered, contact Delta F for a recommendation on calibration verification for your specific case.

For Analyzers used in clean gas applications, and operated under Normal Operating Conditions there is no need for zero calibration checks in the field.



NOTE 注解



If the analyzer is used in a portable mode, the optional isolation valves should be used during transport to preserve the stability of the zero calibration.

Since the analyzers will have been calibrated in the factory prior to shipment, you may request the supplier to provide you the calibration certificates (originals or certified true copies).  I think that keeping the calibration certificates is important in your Quality System.

However, re-calibration may be required after transportation, installation, removal or repair depending on the impact to the equipment during such activities.  You may ask the supplier what precaution measures will be taken to ensure the validity of calibration in the factory during the long distance shipment.

这点非常关键，也是前后矛盾之处。

可否这样理解，厂家的初始校准是在零位，而后期的校准是量程。

还有，这有绝对正常的解释吗？

You may ask the manufacturer to clarify the scope of calibration (零位校准，量程校准?) at the factory, also the standard (ASTM?) used in the calibration etc.

Please note that you are the buyer, and it is the manufacturer’s obligation to response your request of clarification.

需要说明的是，我这里偏重讨论是说明书，而不真正的采购需求。

因为仪器尚在采购阶段，我只是摸索尝试优先了解一下，不明白的地方我会记下，到时的培训我会一一提出。

有一点我要说明的是，这世上（至少是在中国），外国商品的优质服务都是有限的，这是我的感觉，不管它是何种厂家。

在采购阶段, the Sale Engineer would be very grateful to answer your enquiry, especially if you show great interest in his product and make him believe that you are a potential buyer.

Calibration certificate is an important consideration in the procurement of testing equipment.  Recently, I invited tender for the supply of a load cell and I specified that the load cell shall be calibrated to ISO 376 by an independent accredited laboratory under MRA* before shipment.  This condition of contract enable me to save time in arranging the initial calibration and to achieve a better assurance in the quality of product.
