【摘要】 目的用高效
液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定小儿清肺止咳泡腾片中黄芩苷含量。方法采用DiamonsilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-甲酸(50∶50∶0.2),检测波长为280nm,流速为1.2mL/min。结果黄芩苷进样量在0.344~3.44μg的范围内与峰面积线性关系良好。结论HPLC法快速、准确,专属性好,灵敏度高。 更多还原
【Abstract】 Objective To set up a method of determination of baicalin in Xiaoer Qingfei Zhike effervescent tablet by HPLC.Methods Chromatographic column Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used,mobile phase was methanol-water-formic acid(50 ∶50 ∶0.2),determination wavelength was 280 nm,and flow rate was 1.2 mL/min.Results The linear range of baicalin was 0.344-3.44 μg.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,highly sensitive and reproducible.It can be used for determination of Xiaoer Qingfei Zhike efferve... 更多还原
