【摘要】 目的探讨用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)同时测定氨林酚咖胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚、氨基比林和咖啡因的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(200 mm×4．6 mm,5μm),流动相为1％醋酸溶液(以二乙胺调节pH值至3．7)-甲醇(6:4),检测波长为272 nm,柱温为30℃。结果对乙酰氨基酚、氨基比林、咖啡因的线性范围分别是59．448～138．712μg／mL,75．368～150．736μg／mL,23．340～54．460μg／mL,平均回收率分别为102,0％,99．0％,99．3％(n=9),RSD分别为1．6％,1．5％,0．8％。结论HPLC法简便,准确,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制及评价。 更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of paracetamol, aminopyrine and caffeine in Anlinfenka capsules. Methods The Diamonsil C18(200 mm×4. 6 mm, 5μm) was used, the mobile phase was 1% acetic acid (adjust pH to 3.7 for diethylamine)-methand (6 : 4) . The detection wavelength was 272 nm with 30℃of column temperature.
