【摘要】 目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定阿昔洛韦棕榈酸酯静脉注射亚微乳剂的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇:乙醇:水(40∶50∶10)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长254nm。结果阿昔洛韦棕榈酸酯在10~50μg/ml范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率99.79%(n:9)。结论该方法简便、准确、专属,可用于阿昔洛韦棕榈酸酯亚微乳剂的含量测定。 更多还原


【Abstract】 Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of acyclovir palmitate in its submicron emulsion for Injection.Methods A Diamonsil C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase was methanol:ethanol:water(40:50:10).The detection wavelength was 254nm and flow rate was 1.0ml/min. 115.2 RP-HPLC法测定兔眼各组织中多柔比星的浓度

【摘要】 目的建立测定兔眼各组织中多柔比星浓度的RP-HPLC法。方法采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为DiamonsilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈∶0.2mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲液∶三乙胺(30∶70∶0.2),磷酸调pH到4.0;检测波长234nm;内标为柔红霉素;甲醇沉淀蛋白,固相萃取富集。结果在兔眼各组织中,多柔比星和内标保留时间合适,分离效果良好;在0.1~10μg/ml的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r>0.999;各组织中日内与日间精密度分别小于3.70%和3.39%,低、中、高浓度,各组织回收率接近100%,提取率、定量限和检测限均符合要求。结论所建立的RP-HPLC法测定兔眼各组织中多柔比星的含量准确可靠。 更多还原

【摘要】 目的建立丝裂霉素栓的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为DiamonsilC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇∶乙酸钠缓冲液(pH5.0)(30∶70),流速1.0ml/min,检测波长365nm。结果该方法不受处方中基质干扰,丝裂霉素在20~120μg/ml浓度范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率99.3%,RSD为0.7%(n=6)。结论该方法快速、简捷、准确,可用丝裂霉素拴的质量控制。 更多还原

【摘要】 目的:比较人参与茶叶单煎和合煎样品中人参皂苷Rg1和Re的浓度是否存在差异,为人参的合理应用提供依据。方法:应用Diamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为水、乙腈,采用梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长203nm,柱温30℃,进样量15μL的高效液相色谱法对人参与人参茶热水浸泡液中Rg1和Re2个主要成分进行浓度测定。结果:人参与绿茶合煎后Rg1浓度虽有升高,但Re浓度降低;人参与红茶、乌龙茶分别合煎后Rg1和Re浓度均降低。结论:人参和茶叶同用可降低人参中主要活性成分人参皂苷的溶出量,使其补益力降低。人参和茶叶不宜同用。 更多还原

摘要:小儿化痰止咳冲剂收载于<卫生部药品标准>中药成方制剂第九册[1],由桔梗流浸膏、桑白皮流浸膏、吐根酊、盐酸麻黄碱等制成,具有袪痰镇咳的作用.测定盐酸麻黄碱的方法有滴定法[2]、分光光度法[3]、HPLC法[4~6],现行标准中对盐酸麻黄碱采用薄层色谱法作定性鉴别,为更好地控制产品质量,保证产品的疗效,本实验建立了专属性好、简便可行的高效液相色谱法测定含量的方法,适用于本制剂的质量控制.
