各位老师好！我想在自己的电脑上安装Agilent HPLC-DAD的工作站， 我现在已经按照程序安装了bootp service和工作站G2175BA与G2180BA 打开离线工作站弹出这样的窗口







需要在此之前安装bootp service吗？是不是要像在仪器联机的电脑上那样设置IP地址什么的？
我是用的XP中文系统，应该没什么影响吧 因为仪器联机的电脑也是用的XP中文系统！

先卸载工作站,重新安装donet 2.0(安装光盘里面有),然后在重装工作站

把打印机卸载，你的打印机太老了，和工作站冲突，（不用卸载工作站）如果你已装好工作站了，把你的打印机卸载后（卸载时可能出现麻烦，自己重新启动打印机服务）重装打印机，一般就能启动工作站了，如果以后再出现这种情况再来一次，嫌烦的话换打印机

Agilent工程师也是叫我这么做的！我还没尝试，因为是自己的笔记本，怕把系统搞奔溃，等收集更多的信息再去弄！

可是，我的电脑并没安装或添加任何打印机呀？但又个Agilent光谱里头带的一个虚拟打印机

也有可能是你优化过电脑把打印机服务关闭了，到管理工具里边把
Print Spooler服务启动试试，我遇到这个问题时是这样解决掉的
