General requirements

(a) endanger human health;

(b) bring about an unacceptable change in the composition of

要求不会对食物成分发生改变,不会导致感官的劣变,
这个算是对感官的要求吧
如果脱色程度很轻,应该不算感官的劣变,严重的脱色可以判Fail。
感官测试也是有等级的区别的。。。

要求不会对食物成分发生改变,不会导致感官的劣变,
浸泡液有颜色算不算是不符合这一要求?但如果浸泡液本身看不出变化,但样品表面颜色发生改变呢,又当作何判断?
