欧盟1935-2004-EC中有这么一个条款
Article 3
General requirements
1. Materials and articles, including active and intelligent mate-
rials and articles, shall be manufactured in compliance with good
manufacturing practice so that, under normal or foreseeable con-
ditions of use, they do not transfer their constituents to food in
quantities which could:
(a) endanger human health;
or
(b) bring about an unacceptable change in the composition of
the food;
or
(c) bring about a deterioration in the organoleptic characteris-
tics thereof.
要求不会对食物成分发生改变,不会导致感官的劣变,
这个算是对感官的要求吧


如果脱色程度很轻,应该不算感官的劣变,严重的脱色可以判Fail。
感官测试也是有等级的区别的。。。

这样说来,没有明确的规定,还是比较主观的判断

浸泡液有颜色算不算是不符合这一要求?但如果浸泡液本身看不出变化,但样品表面颜色发生改变呢,又当作何判断?


个人认为浸泡液有问题 则感官可能就会fail
如果浸泡液没有问题而 样品有问题的话,这个难说很难说

我认为:框架指令要求是对食物感观的评定,模拟溶液不能完全代替实际接触的食物。所以即使作oveall migration 测试时发生了脱色现象,也不能判断fail。可以在结论中加上remark。

按LFGB的感官测试,也是根据样品的味道,气味的轻重给予评分的,但为了避免主观的判断,测评小组是需要经过专业感官培训后才可以的。
