1.多种产品的包装箱未分开放置;Packing boxes of many products were not seperately stored
2.装箱作业员、过磅作业员、编箱号作业员及OQA未完全有效的检查包装箱的印刷内容;Packing workers, scale operator, box labeling operator and OQA did not effectively inspect printing contents of the package
3.作业指导书上未明确规定要检查此项目;This item was not clearly identifed as an inspection item in Operation Instruction Documents
4.相关人员对包装箱上的印刷内容的熟悉程度不够.Persons in concern were not familiar with printing contents on the packing box

1.保持生产现场的包装材料分规格分开放置;（包装组长）Packing materials will be seperately stored in production site by sizes(Packing Leader)
2.对相关人员,包括:装箱作业员、过磅作业员、编箱号作业员及OQC、IPQC进行产品类别及包装箱外箱印刷内容的熟悉培训;(人事部)Traings on familiarization of products categories and printing contents on outer packing boxes to concerned personels, including packing workers, scale operators, package labeling operators, OQC and IPQC (Human Resource)
3.在作业指导书中明确规定装箱作业员、过磅作业员、编箱号作业员及OQC作业时100%检查外包装的印刷内容是否与箱内产品相对应;(工程) In the Operation Instruction Document, it will be clearly identified that the packing workers, scale operators, package labeling operators,and OQC should 100% inspect boxes to verify whether printing contents on outer packing boxes match the contents in boxes
4.IPQC首件检查时要确认生产作业员都知道并熟悉产品和对应的包装箱上的内容并留下首件确认的实物记录;When IPQC implements the first item inspection, he or she should make sure that production operators understand and are familiar with the products and printing contents on packing boxes, and make sure that the first product item shall be retained as the first inspection record
5.OQC作业时根据作业指导书上的要求100%检查外包装的印刷内容是否与箱内产品相对应.Based on instrutions on Operation Instruction Documents, OQC should 100% inspect boxes to verify whether printing contents on outer packing boxes match the contents in boxes or not.

1.根据客户投诉内容先清查已经生产完毕及正在生产之产品数量;
Checking the amount of the product in processing and processed according to the complaint of the customer (Inspecting quantity of products processed and inprocessing based on customer compliants)
2.核对后对已经包装完毕待出货的产品的外箱印字和箱内产品是否对应进行全面检查,保证已经完工的产品包装合格;
checking the products and the letter on the outer container of the products packed in stock to qualify the packing of the products.(Once product quantity is verified, the printing contents on outer boxes of ready-to-go products should be throughly inspected to match contents inside, to make sure package of processed products qualified)
3.对现在正在生产的产品的包装箱标识进行检查,未入库的亦同时检查,保证未入库的产品包装合格.
Checking the marks on the container of the products in processing and to be stocked to qualify the packing of the products to be stocked.(Inspecting the packing box ID of products in processing and to be stocked, to make sure package of to be stocked products qualified)
